Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
stckfndr ("the Service") is operated by Ø Bureau (CVR 39858118) ("we", "us"). By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.
2. What we provide
stckfndr is a curated directory of AI tools with compliance information relevant to European businesses (GDPR posture, EU hosting, EU AI Act status, language support). Paid options include fast-track review of a submission, time-limited featured placement, and recurring sponsorship. Compliance information is our good-faith editorial assessment based on publicly available vendor information — it is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for your own due diligence.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- commit fraud, send spam, or submit deliberately misleading listing data;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
4. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, editorial content, database structure, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it. By submitting a listing you grant us a limited licence to host, display and edit that content for the purpose of operating the directory.
5. Service level
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payment and subscription terms
Payment, billing, currency and tax are processed by Stripe under Stripe's consumer terms. Sponsorship renews automatically each billing period until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your placement stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. One-off purchases (fast-track review, featured placement) are billed once and run for the stated duration.
7. Payment processing
Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, invoicing and transaction-level support on our behalf. Card payments may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* with our descriptor.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your listing and account data may be removed after a reasonable export window.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your submitted content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and disputes fall to the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
