What Stckfndr is
Stckfndr is the European AI tools directory for GDPR-compliant software. We list AI tools across writing, coding, meetings, translation, data, HR, legal and more — and show, for every tool, how safe it is to use under European privacy law.
How the GDPR score works
Every tool is assessed on five criteria. Each criterion met adds one point, giving a score from 1 to 5 (tools meeting none show 0).
- 1. DPA availableThe vendor offers a signable Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28.
- 2. EU hostingCustomer data can be stored and processed inside the EU/EEA.
- 3. No training on your dataYour inputs are not used to train the vendor's models (by default or via a clear opt-out).
- 4. EU AI Act complianceThe vendor publicly documents its obligations under the EU AI Act.
- 5. EU-based companyThe company is headquartered in the EU/EEA, removing international transfer questions.

European businesses choosing AI software, privacy-conscious teams who want to avoid data-protection surprises, and compliance officers who need a quick, consistent first assessment before a full vendor review.
Independent and editorial
Stckfndr is independent and editorially driven. Scores are based on our own review of each vendor's public documentation. Paid placements affect visibility only — never a tool's GDPR score.
