30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid product sold by Ø Bureau through stckfndr — fast-track review, featured placement and sponsorship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, email us at hello@stckfndr.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Stripe receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

What happens to your placement

When a refund is issued, the paid placement it covered (featured slot, sponsorship or priority review) ends automatically. Your free directory listing is unaffected and stays live.

Cancelling a sponsorship

You can cancel a recurring sponsorship at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your placement remains live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
